Considering the difficulties of the relatives and patients to fetch required blood, plasma or platelets from Pune, Aurangabad or Pravara Nagar, we have set-up our own well equipped and modern technology based blood bank.

It was started on 28th March 2010. We have taken into consideration the importance of the blood bank and procured the internationally renowned blood bank machineries and equipments.
We are the first to have the very unique, rare and expensive SDP (Single Donor Platelet Machine) to segregate the platelets components from blood. It is a unique process for segregating the platelets in-one-sitting while donor is donating the blood. We have the blood storage capacity of 2000 bags in our well-equipped storage-unit.

On humanity-ground we supply free of cost blood to Thalassemia and Hemophilia patients. All blood related tests-processes and analysis are done through the modern technology technique that is through Gel-Technology.

Hence we provide concessional and free treatment so that their life is less miserable. Presently it is the only center which caters treatment to the patients from Ahmednagar and Beed district.

Patients due to low immunity can’t travel and go to cities like Pune, Aurangabad so every month we do offer free of cost procedure to nearly 450- 500 patients.”

• We have well-equipped 72 bedded ICU Centre facility available with us for the trauma, Cardiac, Neuro and any other medical and surgical emergency.
• Space requirement by international standards is maintained, continuous supply of piped gases like oxygen, air suction from the central reservoir assures least chances of failure and no time is waste in manual labor changing the gas cylinder.
• Sophisticated ‘monitors’ have been developed for this purpose, who not only watch but record the trends of vital data and give warning alarm to the attending staff about life threatening incidents.
• Latest generation Hewlett Packard monitors has been installed for the same purpose along with central monitoring system.
• We have Siemen, GE and Draeger ventilators for providing best possible artificial respiratory support. When the patient is in unstable condition or bedridden, we have portal X-ray machine for beside facility. Round the clock anesthetists or physicians are available in ICU as intensivists.
• Anandrishiji Hospital ICU is also specialized in shifting high-risk patients to various departments for investigations and surgeries with accompanying equipment and trained personal.

ICU 1: We have 26 well equipped beds, specializes in treating patients primarily focused on cardiology related conditions. Our team of cardiac experts utilizes cutting-edge technology and specialized protocols to provide comprehensive care for heart related critical cases.

ICU 2: With 28 beds, ICU 2 is dedicated to patients requiring neuro critical care. Our neurology specialist and support staff are equipped with the latest advancements in neurology care to address critical neurological conditions.

ICU 3: Comprising 18 beds, ICU 3 accommodates a diverse range of critical cases covering various medical specialties. It provides specialized care for patients with mixed critical conditions outside the specific domains of cardiology and neurology.

The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit consists of 8 beds for those who need ventilators care as well as close monitoring.

The unit is well equipped with state of the art equipment such as Siemens Ventilators, Philips Multi channel Monitors, Infusion pumps etc..

Due to in house availability of newer generation ventilators and good monitoring systems, morbidity mortality has significantly reduced of ventilated patients.

The nursing care is excellent as all the nurses in PICU are well trained and experienced. They undergo NALS and PALS training every year.

Round the clock pediatrician is available in PICU. In PICU all types of Pediatric bedside procedures such as insertion of IV cannula, lumbar puncture, and intubations are being performed regularly for diagnosis and life saving purpose.

Mammography is the study of the breast using X-Rays. In order to provide each patient with individualized and specialized care, we use only the best breast imaging equipment available.

For patients needing breast biopsy (stereotactic or breast lesion localization), the department utilizes a vacuum assisted breast biopsy system. Fine needle and core biopsies are performed in the Mammography department.

We use METRONIKA one of the Internationally Graded Company’s LILYUM MAMMOGRAPHY MACHINE.

Neonatal ICU caters to babies born at less than 32 weeks gestation as well as babies born with critical illness, at all gestational ages. We have Level III grade NICU facility at our centre.

The NICU of the hospital is sophisticated and fully equipped for care of high-risk babies, which are referred from in and around villages of Ahmednagar district. Department is run under experienced Neonatologist.

We are having Incubators and warmers. We are having capacity to admit 10 new born babies in our NICU Unit.
NICU has got central O2 system & nitrous oxide for emergency & having central suction facility.

The patient can be viewed from all the sides for better nursing care. It also has the ABG analysis system and multi-channel monitors. With these additional equipments NICU has become unique in Ahmednagar district as no other hospital is providing such facilities.

In case of emergency pediatric ventilators are present to save the life of patients, by giving advance pediatric life support. The neonatal qualified pediatric surgeon performs surgeries and the congenital malformations like diaphragmatic hernia ,neonatal surgeries, and tracheoesophagal fistula.

The nursing staff is qualified and trained enough to deal with any emergency situation.Consultants are available round the clock. Regular cultures swab is done to prevent infection in the nursery and in NICU.

We have also expanded set up of 18 bedded Pediatric Intensive care unit.

In a major move to address the rising demand of critical care, Anandrishiji Hospital and Medical Research Center has significantly expanded its operating theatre capacity. To meet the needs of an ever-growing patient population, the hospital has now provided SIX fully equipped operation theatres with the latest state-of-the-art instruments and technology.
